I ______________ , am willing to rent equipment from Tac City Airsoft and take full responsibility for any misuse or abuse of this equipment while in my possession. I will take full responsibility for any repairs or parts that arerequired due to damage caused to this equipment while in my possession.I fully understand this equipment is rented to me directly and regardless of who is currently in possession of this equipment when damage occurs,I am still responsible. Fees may vary between $10 to full replacement value of this equipment.I will not be responsible for any normal use wear or tear of use of this equipment. Problems due to normal maintenance or wear-and-tear are notmy responsibility and have the right to request a replacement that is experiencing this problem.By signing this agreement, I herby certify that I accept this responsibliltyand acknowledge no current damage to this piece of equipment rented to me.
